Shipping Rates and Policies

We usually ship within 1-2 business days. However, during peak times it may take longer. Please view the Kitchen Composter "Products" page for up-to-date shipping times.

We can ship directly to you, anywhere in the world! We currently offer low cost shipping to most locations.

Ground shipping within the continental US is $15 per composter ( 3-5 days).
Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are $60 per composter.
Ground shipping to Canada is US$ 60 per composter, which includes customs, duty, and brokerage. We add GST/PST, which will appears in the "tax" line. No additional fees are due upon arrival. Please allow 5-10 days.
Shipping to most other countries is USD$ 36 per composter.

Our composters work or any voltage from 100V to 240V without a power transformer (although you may need a prong adapter in some countries).

The Kitchen Composter - International Shipping Information

Allow 5-10 days for delivery. Package tracking is available for most locations.

NatureMill composters work on any voltage 100-240 VAC. A standard US style plug is included. You may need a simple "prong adapter" for local outlets. These are available for about 1 USD at local hardware stores. For large orders, we can provide local style plugs for any country.

Additional shipping fees may apply for some accessories. Not all accessories are available in all countries. To see exact shipping fees for accessories, add items to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.

For 2 day service, choose "Worldwide UPS Express". The shipping fee is much higher price, and is displayed in the checkout total.

In some countries, you may need to pay for customs, duties, taxes, and other fees when your package arrives. Please contact your local authorities for details.

Your purchase is covered under our regular warranty and return policies, although international shipping fees are not covered.
