We normally ship within 1-2 business days. However, the wait time right now is several weeks due to unusually high demand for our newly launched product line. We regret that we are not able to deliver your item sooner.
If you received an ORDER CONFIRMATION email but not a SHIPPING CONFIRMATION, then your order is in our system and it should ship within the next week or two. There is no need to contact us at this time.
Please note that the PRO models will begin production in March 2008.
We will not charge your credit card until your order ships. You will receive a shipping confirmation email complete with UPS tracking number.
